Meet the Committee: Sophie

With just weeks to go before start of term, we're looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones! To all those just starting at Cambridge, we hope you come find us at the freshers fair. What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Chilling with my pals with some wine somewhere sunny when we’re all relaxed (i.e. outside Cambridge term.)

What is your current state of mind?

Excited because I’ve just realised this is the questionnaire James Lipton uses on Inside the Actor’s Studio woo!

What do you consider the most overrated virtue?

Productivity –working relentlessly hard with no rest (cough Cambridge term cough)

What is the quality you most like in a man?

A feminine side

What is the quality you most like in a woman?

Feeling comfortable with herself

When and where were you happiest?

Definitely peaked in primary school, and definitely having another peak here in Cambridge (pls don’t make me graduate)

Which talent would you most like to have?

Running long distances and enjoying it

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Getting through a very messy break-up and coming out much wiser

What is your most treasured possession?

Thank you cards from directors of plays I’ve really enjoyed being in

What do you most value in your friends?

Silliness, always being up for a deep chat, and a determination to have fun at all times
